Service includes all labor & inspection, initial charge, capacity test and re-charges. We can also build new battery packs or customized packs to replace “hard to find” or “obsolete” parts.
| Rejected and/or Certified
Disposal Service: | No Charge |

We never charge our customers when disposal of rejected/bad parts is necessary. It is the customer’s choice whether to have us dispose or return parts with a BER or Rejected tag. We also extend out to our customers (in good standing) a free disposal service of any inventory related to batteries, cells, etc. Or, ground support equipment, even if the item was not previously serviced by us. In some cases, we can recycle hardware and some components. Any hazardous items will be placed into quarantine and eventually returned to the manufacturer as required.

** To qualify for Dow Aerospace’s “Free Loaner Battery Program,” you must meet the following requirements;
- Must be a Dow Aerospace approved customer with a minimum credit
account of $10,000.00. - Credit must be in good standing with a good payment history.
- Must have your battery/power supply in repair/overhaul with Dow Aerospace.
We have several different loaner batteries in stock, but not every model, so please check with us first. In addition, these loaner batteries usually require a top charge before release, so please allow 8-24 hours notice.
Loaner Battery Program is only valid with in the US main lands, Alaska, & Hawaii.
Dow Aerospace is on call 24/7/365 for emergency AOG support.

Flat Rate Battery Service Costs applies only to inspections / repairs made without replacement of parts. Dow Aerospace will determine additional parts cost, if any, and respond in writing with a quote for the customer’s approval. NO additional work/cost will be performed until it has been approved by our customer.
